rooms were very clean. we had goodies and coffee at cappy's cafe, it was located 4-6 minutes walking distance from the venue. in fact, we spent our time excellently here thanks to the availability of free wi fi. we would happily return as everything met the criteria.

This hotel was perfect base for exploring Newport Beach, appreciated it. The staff here is excellent and friendly. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a safe were a nice touch.

In the evening we visited Spaghetti Bender, set around 4-6 minutes walk the hotel. Comfortable beds in our room. We loved our 2-nights stay.
